乡音回绕班在76 周年会庆呈现興化语诗句朗诵

随着时光的流逝,有很多事情与人物,我们或许会渐渐地淡忘,唯有那亲切的乡音,依旧还在耳边回绕。

鄉音回绕班成立至今已近入第10个年头了!虽然其间也经历几许的起落,但是，我们依然坚守岗位,风雨不改,每逢星期三傍晚7.30PM在本会馆视听室上课。

2002年,陈春德局绅当选第34届会长,源自于文化界工作者的他,走马上任即刻展开文化之旅工作，为本会馆增添文化的色彩,把兴安“文献名邦”之美誉发扬光大。

陈春德局绅会长说:乡会的设立,旨在联络乡谊,沟通信息,以达到亲爱和睦,守望相助之目的，随着时代潮流的演变,乡会不能固步自封,在为同乡谋福利之余应当放眼世界,面对未来的挑战,因此;一方面与各华团保持密切联系,以促进交流,另一方面积极举办各种文教活动,为广大人民造福,诸如设立“图书馆”,“出版兴安文丛”,“会讯”，举办“文学营”，“孝亲敬老征文赛”，更重要的是“乡音回绕班”也在同时应运而生了！这都是为本会要营造书香环境而贡献一分力量。

乡音回绕班自开课以来，深受全国同乡的关注，除了在本会庆典是不可缺的其中一项节目外，也多次受到邀请到友会登台表演朗诵贺词，先后到过霹雳兴安会馆，乌鲁冷岳兴安会馆，巴生滨海兴安会馆，马六甲兴安会馆等，乡亲们热诚的回应与欢迎让我们更加努力学好兴化语。去年,古晋兴安会馆举办的庆典上接领由兴总会长拿督王荣丰颁发的盾牌，表扬乡音回绕班对兴安文化的贡献。

在2004年5月23日成功举办“兴化语讲故事及诗歌朗诵”比赛，此赛会可说是别开生面，应该是全国同乡会首开先河吧！因此得到高度评价，乡音回绕班也成为本会其中一个品牌，让兴化语登上大雅之堂。

乡音回绕班的民谣诗句重点在于表扬本会馆乡贤们的付出与贡献,突出本会的特色,朗诵时倍感亲切,由前文教主任，乡音班老师黄国民悉心编写，读起来是琅琅上口，能够到来参加“乡音回绕班”的同学，可以肯定是获益良多，至少可以加强书写能力，虽然付出了时间，但却获益匪浅。

乡音回绕班的成功除了让我们享受到学习的乐趣外，也觉察到本身在学习上缺陷，我们必须要谦虚学习，不要自满。
在此，非常感谢前任会长陈春德局绅，他任劳任怨的把会馆营造成富有文化气息的所在地，惠及广大同乡，可说 贡献良多。

Xing Hua Dialect Speaking Class
How it commenced…

Xing Hua Dialect Class was first formed in April,2003

Venue: 3rd Floor, Audio-Visual Room, Association of Shing An, Kuala Lumpur.

As time passed, we may have forgotten some people or incidents but we ought not forget our mother tongue, the Xing Hua dialect – it stays with us. The Dialect Speaking Class has entered into its tenth year of existence since it first formed, the class has been dutifully conducted on every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm.

In 2002, JP Mr 陈春德, the 34th President being a man of literary pursuits; motivated several literary and cultural activities for the Association. These had led to the flourishing of a literary environment in the Association which was then reputed as “the Realm of Literature and Arts” by the community.

JP Mr 陈春德advocated : the Association is formed with the noble objectives of fostering connections within clan, for a better reach out , better communication as well as for mutual co-operation. As the society progresses, our Association needs to expand its roles, to be more visionary in order to cope with these changes and challenges. In addition to maintaining close ties with others within the Chinese communities; we need to actively organize various cultural activities bringing forth benefits to the general public. Activities such as setting up of a library, publishing Xing An literary works, organizing workshops pertaining to culture and literature, Essay Writing competitions on Filial Piety and Respecting Elders had been conducted. More importantly, there is a dire need to have Dialect Speaking Class to cater for the needs of our clan. All these contribute to a literary environment for the Association.

The Xing Hua Dialect Speaking Class has won the attention and applause among Xing An clan in the country. Recitation in Xing Hua dialect has become an essential event in celebration programs of the Association. There were repeated invitations for this recitation as performances. The Class presented performances for Xing An Associations in Perak, Ulu Langat, Klang and Malacca were well received. The feedback increased confidence in the teaching and learning of the dialect. Last year, in a Celebration held in Kuching; an award was presented to the Dialect Speaking Class by the President of the National Xing An Association in recognition of the contribution made in the teaching of Xing Hua Dialect.

On 23rd May 2004, we had successfully organized a Story Telling and Poem Recitation Competition in Xing Hua dialect; it was indeed an extraordinary event and a pioneering event for the Xing An folks in Malaysia. The acclaims received have made this Class a niche in the Association. Poems and phrases for recitation are composed by the Advisor Mr 黄国民 which rhymes beautifully emphasizing on values and contributions made by predecessors. The students of the Class reap lots of benefits there from and it has helped improved on their writing skills too. They have been made aware to be humble in their learning and not to be too conceited. These are the successes of the Dialect Speaking Class.

We are thus very grateful to the former President JP Mr 陈春德 for his contribution and success in promoting the environment for the Association, rich in literary and culture, benefiting our clan folks.
